• Only 1 BUNDLE is allowed per account. If you are found to be purchasing more than 1 BUNDLE in one account, your order might be cancel.
• Since this is a limited product just for this event, the sales period may close without prior notice if all the BUNDLES sell out.
• Due to the nature of the product and event, order changes or cancellation will not be allowed after the end of the sales period.

• Customers who purchased BUNDLE will be available to check in first and enter the venue.
  
  

For online pre-orders

• Check-in entry > Pre-order and ID verification > Wear wristband > Pick up Product
• Please arrive prior to doors opening, or you may not be able to participate in the event due to check-in delays. Please arrive early to have your name and ID checked before entering.
• The CUSTOMER NAME (found on hello82.com > Account) and Name on the ID must also match to receive a wristband and product on-site.
• Any form of identification will be allowed, so long as the date of expiration has not passed. (e.g. State ID, Passport, School ID (current semester/quarter,etc.))
• If you have difficulty identifying yourself, there may be additional identification procedures by checking other information. Please understand that this is a measure to prevent illegal transfer and minimize damage.
• Please have your hello82.com > Account > My Orders page ready on your phone to check in. No screenshots or images will be accepted.

• If your wristband is lost or damaged, a new one will NOT be reissued. If you lose or damage your wristband, we will not be able to give you your merch, and you will not be able to watch or participate in the event. Please make sure to have the wristband on at all times during the event and inside the venue.
• Reselling, transferring, or gifting your wristband to anyone else is prohibited. If caught, the wristband will be invalidated and entry will not be allowed.
  
  

Event participation and viewing information

• PLAY82 WITH BOYNEXTDOOR start time: 2:15PM
• No purchase necessary to enter the event. First-come, first-served basis until max capacity.
  FREE ENTRY may be based on a first-come, first-serve basis depending on the situation on-site.
• Pictures and video recordings are allowed for this event. Using tripod, flash, AF assist light, or strobe lights for photography is prohibited.
• Filming will take place at PLAY82 WITH BOYNEXTDOOR, and any content filmed may be uploaded to hello82's online channels.
• If you are a minor (under 18), you can attend the event alone but you need to prepare a letter of consent. The letter of consent needs to be written by a parent/guardian. Please bring it along with your accompanied by a parent.
• We recommend you pack lightly. Bag storage will not be available and you will not be allowed to put your personal belongings on the ground during the event. KAI Media Inc. will not be responsible for any theft or loss during the event.
• Outside food and drinks will not be allowed inside the venue.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. If caught, you may be removed from the venue.
• If you threaten the safety of others or cause conflict with others, you will be removed from the event. You will not receive a refund.
• If you leave the venue and would like to enter again, you may need to wait or you may be restricted from re-entry depending on the situation on-site. Please follow on-site staff instructions regarding re-entry.
• Event organizers are not responsible for any potential accidents caused by not following the written or on-site staff instructions. We ask for your cooperation for the event to run smoothly.
  

Refund and Exchange Information

• All on-site event products are final sale. Please check if you received the correct items as soon as you receive them. Any incorrect, missing, or defective products must be returned/exchanged with receipt before the event ends.
• After the event day, you cannot refund/exchange for any reason.
